NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Alma Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as the agenda allows at the Alma Municipal Building, 525 E Superior Street, to consider a request for fuel station pumps at 1604 E Superior Street, Alma MI 48801 (Sun-Up Foodmart). Section 60-60 (3) Special Uses (m) Automobile service station/convenience mart; of the City of Alma Zoning Ordinance allows and regulates fuel station pumps within the (B2) General Business Districts through the issuance of a Special Use Permit. All interested persons are asked to be present at this Public Hearing. Written comments concerning this request may be submitted in person at the Alma City Hall, 525 E.
