NOTICE OF ELECTION SOUTHFIELD TOWNSHIP Primary ElectinAugust 4, 2026 To the qualified electors of Southfield Township: Notice is hereby given that a Primary election will be held in Southfield Township on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following locations: Precinct 1 Greenfield Elementary School, 31200 Fairfax Avenue Precinct 2 Beverly Elementary School, 18305 Beverly Road Precinct 3 Southfield Township Town Hall, 18550 W 13 Mile Road Precinct 4 Berkshire Middle School, 21707 W 14 Mile Road Precinct 5 Groves High School, 20500 W 13 Mile Road Precinct 6 Bingham Farms Elementary School, 23400 13 Mile Road Precinct 7 Franklin Community Church, 26425 Wellington Road For the purposes of electing a candidate to the following office: • Governor • United States Senator • Representative in Congress, 12th District • State Senator, 7th District • Representative in State Legislature, 6th District & 19th District • Township Trustee • Judge of Circuit Court, 6th Circuit • Judge of Probate • Delegate to Conty Convention Please take notice that the Village of Franklin will be voting on the following millage proposal to levy an increase of up to 3.4 mills ($3.40 per $1,000 of taxable value) on all taxable property within the Village for (5) five years, 2027 to 2031. Please take notice that the Oakland Schools Intermediate School District will be voting on the following millage proposal to be increased by 1.5 mills ($1.50 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a period of six (6) years, 2026 to 2031. Full text of the ballot proposals may be obtained at the Southfield Township office located at 18550 W 13 Mile Road. Sample ballots can be found at www.mi.gov/vote. Absentee ballots are available for all elections; registered voters may contact the local clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot. Persons with special needs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the clerk’s office. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.
