NOTICE OF ELECTION City of Utica, MICHIGAN August 4, 2026 ELECTION To the qualified electors of the City of Utica: Notice is hereby given that a Primary election will be held in Utica MI, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following location: Precinct 1 Flickinger Elementary School, 45400 Vanker The purpose of the election is to elect the following: Offices to be Elected at the August 4, 2026 Election: State: Governor Congressional: United States Senator Representative in Congress, 10th District Legislative: State Senator, 9th District Representative in State Legislative, 58th District County: County Executive Judge of Circuit Court, 16th Circuit Delegate: Delegate to County Convention Proposal: Utica Library Millage Renewal Full text of the ballot may be obtained at the City of Utica office located at 7550 Auburn Rd. Utica MI 48317. Sample ballots can also be found at www.mi.gov/vote. Absentee ballots are available for all elections; registered voters may contact the local clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot. To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the city clerk in advance of the election. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Utica who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the City Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is July 20, 2026. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the Utica Clerk’s office, located at 7550 Auburn Rd.
