NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that CVC PROPERTIES, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the “Company”), has been dissolved effective December 19, 2025. Persons with claims against the Company are requested to present them in accordance with this notice. Claims must be filed in writing with the Company at the following address: 926 Chesterfield Avenue, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, Attn: John Taube. Each claim must include the name and address of the claimant, the basis for and amount of each claim (in sufficient detail to permit the Company to make a reasonable judgment whether the claim should be accepted or rejected), and the date or dates on which each claim arose. Each claim against the Company (other than a claim asserted by a claimant who receives written notice of the dissolution by mail, which notice specifies the applicable deadline for submitting claims by known claimants) will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within one year after the publication date of this notice.
