NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - ZONING MAP ORDINANCE NO. 208 On February 10, 2026, the Township Board of Trustees for the Charter Township of Chesterfield, approved an Amendment to the Chesterfield Township Zoning Ordinance, being Chapter 76 of the Code of Ordinances, as amended, revising the Zoning Map to reflect the rezoning of Parcel ID No. 15-09-08-476-005 from R-1-A (One-Family Residential) and M-1 (Light Manufacturing) to C-3 (General Commercial). A complete copy of the Zoning Ordinance Amendment and revised Zoning Map are posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 47275 Sugarbush, Chesterfield Township, Michigan 48047 and on the Chesterfield Township website which can be accessed at www.chesterfieldtwp.org.
