NOTICE OF VOTER REGISTRATION FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026 To the Qualified Electors of the Charter Township of Lenox within the Richmond Community School District: Please take notice that any qualified elector of the Charter Township of Lenox who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, April 20, 2026. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL168.492) at the Lenox Township Clerk’s Office, located at 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox, MI 48050 at the following times: • Regular business hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM • Friday, May 1, 2026, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday, May 2, 2026, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM • Election Day, Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, a bond proposal will appear on the ballot as follows: Richmond Community Schools General Obligation Unlimited Tax Bond Proposal for Building and Site Purposes in the amount of not to exceed $51,800,000 Full text of the ballot may be obtained at the Lenox Township Municipal Building, 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox, Michigan 48050.
