NOTICE TO CREDITORS The Thomas A. Tolksdorf Living Trust TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Thomas A. Tolksdorf (7-9-1943 - 1-6-2026) formerly of 116 E. Maple Street, Shepherd, MI 48883, was the Settlor of the Thomas A. Tolksdorf Living Trust Dated January 3, 2005. There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors are notified that all claims against Thomas A. Tolksdorf, individually, or against the Thomas A. Tolksdorf Living Trust dated January 3, 2005, will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
