Notice to Creditors TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Ellen Lee Dempsey, (d/o/b August 20, 1935), co-Settlor/co-Grantor of the Dempsey Living Trust UAD September 12, 2013 as amended by the Second Amendment dated March 3, 2021 (“Trust”), of 1609 East High Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858 died May 8, 2025. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the current Successor Trustee, Brian M. Dempsey, at 1609 East High Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858; or to the attorney for the Trustee, Sanford J.
