NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF SHEPHERD RESIDENTS The Village of Shepherd Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Shepherd Village Office, 251 W Wright Avenue, to receive public comment regarding a request for the placement of a handicap ramp on the front of the home located at 128 E Orchard Street that does not meet the standard setback requirements according to the Village Ordinance. The Village of Shepherd ZBA will receive written public comment regarding the variance request, prior to the meeting date to the Village Office, ZBA, PO Box 523, Shepherd, MI 48883.
