NOTICE TO CREDITORS The Raymond Lee Recker Living Trust TO ALL CREDITORS: Raymond Lee Recker (5/28/1927 – 11/19/2025) was the Settlor of the Raymond Lee Recker Living Trust dated November 6, 1991 (Trust). There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Trust or against the Settlor in his individual capacity will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
