NOTICE TO CREDITORS The Anna Belle Recker Living Trust TO ALL CREDITORS: Anna Belle Recker (3/6/1927 – 1/13/2026) was the Settlor of the Anna Belle Recker Living Trust dated November 6, 1991 (Trust). There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Trust or against the Settlor in her individual capacity will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
