NOTICE TO CREDITORS (TRUST) TO: ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Chairat Chomchai, who lived at 1717 Trenton Drive, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858, died January 14, 2026. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Chairat Chomchai Living Trust dated December 11, 2013, will be forever barred unless presented to Joe S. Chomchai and Jim S. Chomchai, Successor Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
