NOTICE TO CREDITORS: TO ALL CREDITORS: The settlor, Albina R. Checki, who lived at 37332 Robert Drive, Richmond, Michigan 48062, died on March 28, 2026. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letter of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Albina R. Checki and/or the Felix Checki and Albina R. Checki Trust dated February 13, 2002 as amended, will forever be banned unless presented to Carol Ann Engels, Successor Trustee, within 4 (four) months after the date of publication.
