NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2026 MANAGEMENT OF BIOSOLIDS RESIDUALS The City of Mt. Pleasant will accept sealed bids for the labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the removal, transportation, land application, and agronomic management of biosolids from the City’s Water Resource Recovery Facility. Bids will be received until 1:30 p.m. EST, Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the office of the City Clerk, 320 West Broadway Street, Mount Pleasant, Michigan 48858.
