NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026 CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS, MICHIGAN TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public accuracy test will be conducted for the purpose of determining that the electronic tabulating equipment and computer programs that will be used to tabulate the votes cast at the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 will accurately count the votes cast for all offices and all questions, and meet the requirements of Michigan law.
