NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that applications have been received and a Public Hearing will be held with the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, State of Michigan, as adopted March 7, 1986, and in accordance with all amendments. REQUESTS TO BE CONSIDERED: 1. 22645 Pointe Drive - Request for 13' rear yard setback for a deck. 2. 22600 Statler - Request for 6.26 percent total lot coverage variance and request for 3 inch rear setback variance for a covered patio.
