NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING GROSSE ILE TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS COUNTY OF WAYNE, MICHIGAN ON THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN THE GROSSE ILE TOWNSHIP SCHOOL AREA. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Education of the Grosse Ile Township Schools, County of Wayne, Michigan, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 23th day of June, 2026, at 6:30pm, in the Robert B. Smith Board Room, 23276 East River Road, to consider the approval and adoption of the operating budget of the Grosse Ile Township Schools for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Copies of the proposed budget are on file with the Superintendent at the Administrative Office, 23276 East River Road, for inspection during regular working hours. At the public hearing, all citizens, taxpayers, and property owners of the Grosse Ile Township Schools, shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in regard to the approval of the plan amendments. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.
