NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Clawson Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Clawson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 24, 2026, beginning at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at Clawson City Hall, 425 N. Main St, Clawson, MI 48017. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a request for rezoning at 340 N Main St (parcel ID 20-34-352-016 and 20-34-352-017). The application proposes to rezone the property, currently occupied by a church, from its current designation of O-1 Office Service at the west end along Main Street, and R-1 Single-Family Residential on the rest of the property, to a new designation of CR Core Residential. A complete copy of the application for the requested special land use may be examined on the City’s website (www.CityofClawson.com) and at Clawson City Hall, 425 N. Main St, Clawson, MI 48017, prior to the public hearing, during the City’s regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM through 5:30 PM. Written comments may be addressed to the Planning Commission at the City Hall address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on February 24, 2026.
