The Public Hearing will consider: Case #26-02, Yakir and Rena Muszkat, 14660 Ludlow Ave., Property ID #52-25-19-327-021, has made an appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance from the provisions of Article 2, Division 2: Section 214 Schedule of Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow construction of an addition that does not meet rear yard setback requirements.
