NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWT24-2661 BASMAJIAN Location: Sidwell #18-03-305-014, 2032 Allendale Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to install a portion of vinyl seawall along the canal lagoon ordinary high water mark to Cass Lake and backfill within the 100- year floodplain. This request includes excavation to repair house foundation wall, decking, floodplain mitigation and native landscape treatments within the environmental features setback. Applicant: Serouj Basmajian CASE # #PWD26-0430 ZAMANIAN Location: Sidwell #18-12-227-020 & #18-12-227-019, 2101 Uplong & 2121 Uplong Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to remove trees within regulated woodland including a woodland taking request for impacts associated with new home construction and any additional appurtenances with the installation of native landscape treatments.
