NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWT23-2601 Kondur Location: 4705 Wendrick, 4713 Wendrick, and Sidwell #18-24-276-020 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to remove fill material, limestone seawall, patio and vegetation within the 100-year floodplain, wetland and environmental features setback to Walnut Lake and to install rock riprap along the ordinary high water mark including the installation of native landscape treatments within wetland and the environmental features setback.
