NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWD23-0407 GRAY Location: Sidwell #18-05-301-039; Address: 2288 Locklin Lane Request: A use permit amendment request to woodland permit #PWD23-0407 for a revised woodland taking request within regulated woodland. Applicant: MLC Building on behalf of Jonathan Gray CASE # #PWT26-2758 AF USA LLC Location: Sidwell #18-24-476-064; Address: 5280 Inkster Request: A use permit request to remove stone planter wall and tree, construct a new home addition, portion of driveway renovation, portion of fence installation, portion of flagstone path installation, appliance installation and relocating existing stormwater downspout discharge pipes including the installation of native landscape treatments within and contiguous to an environmental features setback area.
