NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that applications have been received and a Public Hearing will be held with the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, State of Michigan, as adopted March 7, 1986, and in accordance with all amendments. REQUESTS TO BE CONSIDERED: 1. 24101 Harper Request for a variance to be open for business 24 hours a day. 2. 21410 E. 12 Mile Rd. Request for 5.3' front yard setback variance for a new porch that is larger than what is currently existing. 3. 22445 Beach Request for variance to allow an accessory structure in a side yard, request for 7' total height variance, request for 0.33' wall height variance, and request to allow a second floor within an accessory structure. 4. 22903 12 Mile Rd. Variance to allow more than 30 percent of west side yard and rear yard to be occupied by a parking area, maneuvering lane, or driveway. Variance to allow all units to be one- bedroom. Request for a 551 square foot size variance for an accessory structure in the form of a carport.
