NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that applications have been received and a Public Hearing will be held with the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, State of Michigan, as adopted March 7, 1986, and in accordance with all amendments. REQUESTS TO BE CONSIDERED: 1. 27015 Jefferson Request variance to allow vehicles to be parked on a surface other than a parking strip, parking bay, driveway, or garage. 2. 20112 Sunnyside Request for 5 foot rear yard setback variance for a new deck.
