NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF AUBURN HILLS, COUNTY OF OAKLAND, STATE OF MICHIGAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A BROWNFIELD PLAN FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 02-14-25-478-006, AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT 381 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN OF 1996, AS AMENDED PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a Public Hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of Auburn Hills on the 15 th day of June, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City of Auburn Hills located at 1827 N. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, on the adoption of a Brownfield Plan for the redevelopment of a parcel located on the northwest corner of Auburn Road and Trailway Commons Circle with the parcel identification number: 02-14-25-478-006, Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority shall exercise its powers pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended. The description of the proposed brownfield property is: Land situated in the City of Auburn Hills, County of Oakland, State of Michigan, described as follows: Parcel ID: 02-14-25-478-006 Legal Description: T3N, R10E, SEC 25 SUPERVISOR’S PLAT NO 16 LOT 36 The proposed Brownfield Plan would allow the developer, the BRA, or another party to be reimbursed for eligible costs incurred in preparing the brownfield property for redevelopment. Eligible costs may include environmental and site demolition costs. This description of the property, along with any maps and a description of the Brownfield Plan, is available for public inspection at the City of Auburn Hills City Clerk’s Office. All aspects of the Brownfield Plan are open for discussion at the public hearing.
