NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION: Take notice that due to the charter contract not being renewed, Clara B. Ford Academy has begun wind-up and dissolution proceedings, in accordance with the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act (“MNCA”). Please note that we will be closing the books on June 30, 2026. We are asking that you invoice the school in a timely manner so that we can plan accordingly. Any claims not postmarked by May 15, 2026 will be barred. To assert a claim, please send the name of the claimant entity, the amount claimed, and any documentation or information in support of the claim to Clara B. Ford Academy, c/o CS Partners, 869 S. Old US 23, Suite 500, Brighton, MI 48114.
