NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION JDT Processworks, Inc., d/b/a Trumble Inc., a Michigan corporation ("Corporation"), hereby gives notice that it has dissolved pursuant to the Michigan Business Corporation Act, MCL 450.1101 et seq., effective January 26, 2026. Pursuant to MCL 450.1842a, all persons having claims against the Corporation are hereby notified to present such claims to the Corporation at the address set forth below. All claims must include the following information: (1) The full legal name, address, and telephone number of the claimant; (2) A detailed description of the nature and basis of the claim; (3) The amount of the claim, or if the amount is not ascertainable, a description of the basis upon which the amount would be calculated; (4) All documentation supporting the claim, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, correspondence, and any other materials upon which the claimant relies; and (5) Any other information the Corporation deems sufficient to make a reasonable judgment whether the claim should be accepted or rejected. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to MCL 450.1842a, a claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within one (1) year after the publication date of this notice.
