NOTICE OF CDBG PUBLIC HEARING #1 FIVE YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND ACTION PLAN REVIEW PUBLIC NOTICE City of Taylor Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Five Year Consolidated Plan Program Years 2026-2030 and Program Year (PY) 2026-27 Action Plan The City of Taylor is developing its Five-Year Consolidated Action Plan for Program Years 2026- 30 and Annual Action Plan for (PY) 2026-27 from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding of an estimated $463,413 (The Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) has not yet released the 2026-27 allocation). A public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving suggestions, proposals, ideas and comments from interested citizens and parties concerning the proposed use of HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the Five-Year Consolidated Action Plan 2026-30 and the Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2026-27. The public hearing will take place on May 5, 2026 @ 6:30 P.M. during the City Council Meeting held at City Hall located at 23555 Goddard Road, Taylor, MI 48180. Comments from the public are welcome during the Public Hearing or may be submitted in writing up until May 5, 2026, and addressed to the Community Development Department, 23555 Goddard, Taylor, MI 48180.
