NOTICE 2026 BOARD OF REVIEW CITY OF NEW BALTIMORE The 2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW will meet to examine and review the assessment roll of properties within the CITY OF NEW BALTIMORE, as prepared by the Assessor (MCL sec. 211.29(1)) at 3:30 p.m. on March 3, 2026 at City Hall, 36535 Green Street, New Baltimore, MI 48047. THE CITY OF NEW BALTIMORE BOARD OF REVIEW will meet to hear appeals from property owners Monday, March 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM TO 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM; Wednesday March 11, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at CITY HALL, 36535 GREEN ST. If necessary, the Board of Review will also meet on March 13, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Petitioners are to call (586) 725-2151 ext. 106 or ext. 114 by March 6, 2026 to schedule an appointment. APPEAL BY MAIL: Forms can be picked up at City Hall or at the City’s website www.cityofnewbaltimore.org, click on Assessing Department click “Petition to the Board of Review”, and “2026 Board of Review Questionnaire”. Fill out both forms and return to City Hall along with your documentation, no later than the end of business (4:30 PM) on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
