A hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Pine River Township Board meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the establishment of an Industrial Development District as described in Public Act 198 of 1974 as amended. The Industrial Development District is proposed for Parcel #12-028-023-11 encompassing approximately 2.32 acres at 7975 N. Smith Rd., Alma, MI 48801.
