Main Street) Request: An appeal has been filed by Carol Hoorman, along with several neighboring property owners, challenging the Planning Commission’s approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP-25-09) and the associated Site Plan Review (SPR-25-05). These approvals authorize the demolition of the existing building on the site and the onstruction of a new gas station and convenience store.
