TOWNSHIP OF GROSSE ILE 2026 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Board of Review for Grosse Ile Township will be in session at Grosse Ile Township Hall 9601 Groh Road, Grosse Ile, Michigan on the days and times indicated: Monday, March 9 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday, March 10 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm The Board of Review Meetings are governed by the Open Meetings Act, PA 267 of 1976. By Grosse Ile Township Board of Trustees Resolution, residents can protest by letter, provided protest letter is received at the Grosse Ile Township Assessor’s Office prior to March 6th, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. An organizational meeting of the Board of Review will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 9:00 am in the 1st floor conference room at Grosse Ile Township Hall 9601 Groh Grosse Ile, Michigan to receive and review the 2026 Assessment Roll for the Township of Grosse Ile as prepared by the Township Assessor. If you wish to appeal the 2026 assessed value on your property, please call the Grosse Ile Township Assessor’s Office at (734) 676-4422, ext. 210 between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. for an appointment. Appointments are scheduled in 10-minute intervals for presentations. Appointments are required to appear before the 2026 March Board of Review. The failure to send or receive an assessment notice does not invalidate the assessment roll or the assessment on that property. Poverty applications are available upon request.
