Macomb Township Notice of Public Hearing – Community Development Block Grant Funds NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township will hold a public hearing on the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds. The Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Township Hall, 54111 Broughton, Macomb, MI 48042, to hear public comments on the CDBG Program Year 2026 applications, in the approximate amount of $32,200 to fund eligible public service projects, and up to two Bricks and Mortar competitive projects, not to exceed $150,000 per project. All interested citizens are requested to attend the Hearing. Comments will also be received in writing or in person at the Planning office until 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 27th. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 72-hour notice.
