MACOMB TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING To the residents and property owners of Macomb Township: The Macomb Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Township Hall, located at 54111 Broughton Road, on the following variance requests: Dominic & Sarah Pacifico, Petitioner Parcel Number 20-08-27-276-002 Variance to Section 10.0311.D.3.a - Request a variance to allow a concrete walkway to be 0 feet from side lot line when 3.5 feet is allowed Variance to Section 10.0311.E.f.2 - Request a variance to allow a patio to be 9 feet away from rear lot line when 20 feet is allowed Variance to Section 10.0311.E.f.3 – Request a variance to allow a hot tub in the side yard when is it not allowed Located on the south side of 22 Mile Road, west of Card Road Any interested person may appear and participate or be represented at the hearing. Written comments are accepted up until the end of the hearing at Macomb Township Hall.
