Bids received after the above stipulated date and time will not be opened, considered or accepted. A Mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the south entrance of the project site located at 44001 Garfield Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038-1000. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Contract Documents and be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or a certified or cashier’s check payable to Macomb Intermediate School District for the sum of not less than five (5%) of the bid amount. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner (bidder) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration or Staff. Bids received without a bidder’s bond, certified or cashier’s check, and a sworn and notarized statement of disclosure WILL BE GROUNDS FOR REJECTION.
