NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Sterling Heights City Council NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 05, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the City Council for the city of Sterling Heights will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Act 381 Combined Transformational Brownfield Plan (Plan) for the Lakeside City Center Redevelopment Project. The public hearing will take place within the Council Chambers situated within the City Hall at 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313. At the time set for the public hearing, the City Council shall ensure that interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard and that written communications with reference to the proposed Plan are received and considered. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Plan, which includes a site map and legal description for the eligible property, is available for public inspection during normal City business hours at the Office of the City Clerk situated within the City Hall at 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313.
