LEGAL NOTICE Lake Improvement Board for Watkins Lake Township of Waterford, Oakland County, Michigan NOTICE OF DETERMINATION AND CONFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL Notice is hereby given that the Lake Improvement Board for Watkins Lake held a Public Hearing on March 10, 2026, and by resolution, determined that the following projects are practical and confirms its intent to proceed with the improvements. -Project #1 : Mechanical Weed Harvester Purchase -Project #2 : 3-Year Budget for Weed Control Program At the same Public Hearing the Lake Improvement Board for Watkins Lake also confirmed a Special Assessment Roll for the following projects: -Project #1 : One-time installment of $176,447 to be assessed on the 2026 Summer Tax Statement for the purchase of a Mechanical Weed Harvester for Watkins Lake. -Project #2 : Three annual installments in total amount of$258,300 t o be assessed on the 2026, 2027 and 2028 Winter Tax Statement for the purpose of implementing a Weed Control Program for Watkins Lake. The Special Assessment Roll and all assessments thereon are final and conclusive unless attacked in a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 days of this notice.
