LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, June 22, 2026 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2026-06 An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of Royal Oak to rezone 2800 West 14 Mile Road (parcel no. 20-32-301-022) from General Industrial to Planned Unit Development, and the final planned unit development site plan (SP 26-04-04) to construct a large-scale retail establishment with an automobile fueling station and outdoor displays and sales (Kroger), and a multiple-family building with 85 dwellings, both on the site of a former manufacturing facility (Comau Industries).
