Invitation to Bid for Novi Community School District The Novi Community School District is seeking sealed bids for technology infrastructure projects as detailed in two separate Request for Proposals (RFPs): Network Electronics and Structured Fiber Cabling. The project aims to provide Network Electronics in fifteen (15) buildings and Structured Cabling at nine (9) school buildings. Full details are in the respective RFP documents; email submissions are not permitted. Project Contacts and Key Dates The RFP documents are available for both projects on October 15, 2025. The deadline for the Intent to Bid Form (Appendix A) for both projects is November 5, 2025. All major addendum questions are also due by November 5, 2025. The Structured Cabling RFP has an encouraged walkthrough meeting scheduled for November 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Education Services Building, 25425 Taft Rd, Novi, MI 48374. There will be no walkthroughs scheduled for the Network Electronics RFP. Sealed Bids are Due and will be opened on December 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Educational Services Building, 25425 Taft Rd. Novi, MI 48374. Installation for both projects is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026 and be completed by September 30, 2026. Bid Submission Instructions Bids for both projects must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope delivered to the Novi Community School District, Educational Services Building, 25425 Taft Rd. Novi, MI 48374 ATTN: Jason Smith. Structured Cabling Bid Submission: The envelope must be labeled: Structured Cabling FY 2026 USF Bid and “December 9, 2025”. You must also include an electronic copy of all bid materials on a flash drive inside a sealed envelope. Network Electronic Bids Submission: The envelope must be labeled: Network Electronics FY2026 USF Bid and December 9, 2025. The bidder must also upload a complete electronic copy of their bid to the Triple R bidder portal no later than 2:00 PM, December 9, 2025.
