Pleasant, MI 48858 PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT the Isabella County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following request: Special Use Permit #26-01: The Planning Commission will consider taking action on a Special Use Permit request submitted by JBS Contracting on behalf of Jodi and Tyrone Stuber to establish a Public and Institutional Use (Hopewell Ranch - Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Facility) and construct a 120 ft x 60 ft office, banquet and therapy building in accordance with Article 12 of the Isabella County Zoning Ordinance.
