SPRINGFIELD CHARTER TOWNSHIP REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Springfield Charter Township has received a request for a Special Land Use for the following: Redevelopment of an existing golf course clubhouse with the addition of a bar, restaurant, pro-shop, and pavilion, to provide recreational activity, located at 11450 E. Holly Road which is on Holly Road west of Dixie Highway, east of I-75. The property is approximately 169.94 acres and is zoned PR – Parks and Recreation, P.I. # 07-04-376-006. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that oral and written comments on the Special Land Use request will be received at a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at a Regular Meeting of the Springfield Township Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Springfield Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, MI. A copy of the site plan and other information related to the request may be reviewed at the Township Clerk's Office, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, MI during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Written comments may be submitted to the Springfield Township Clerk up until the time of the Public Hearing.
