PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OPERATING MILLAGE RATES VILLAGE OF NEW HAVEN The Village of New Haven will hold a public hearing on the proposed operating millage rates to be levied in 2026. The proposed millage rates are: General 8.48750 mills, Highway 1.85000 mills, Cemetery 0.41250 mills.
