NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWD23-0404 Foumia Location: Sidwell #18-22-128-001 & 18-22-128-002 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request for a revised woodland taking calculation from a previous use permit including woodland restoration consisting of native landscape treatments within regulated woodland. Applicant: Brandon Foumia CASE # #PWT25-2718 Foumia Location: Sidwell #18-22-128-001 & 18-22-128-002 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request for revised restoration within the environmental features setback to wetland from a previous use permit consisting of native landscape treatments. Applicant: Brandon Foumia CASE # #PWT25-2722 SENAWI Location: Sidwell #18-12-151-053 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to remove vegetation within the environmental features setback to Pine Lake. This request is also a before-the-fact request to remove existing structures and install new structures within the environmental features setback to Pine Lake including the installation of native landscape treatments.
