NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWT25-2745 Road Commission of Oakland County Location: Walnut Lake Road, Near Springwater Ln. and Doherty St. Request: A use permit request to remove and replace a stream drainage culvert under Walnut Lake Road within stream, 100-year floodplain and floodway including proposed impacts within the environmental features setback including installation of native landscape treatments. Applicant: Road Commission of Oakland County CASE # #PWD24-0419 STEPHAN Location: 7927 Little Farm Lane, Sidwell #18-31-103-007 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request for disturbances within regulated woodland including a woodland taking request from regulated woodland and installation of native landscape treatments within regulated woodland. Applicant: Throwbridge Restoration on Behalf of Bonnie Stephan CASE # #PWT24-2685 ANDERSON Location: 1991 Alpha, Sidwell #18-31-103-007 Request: A use permit request to remove and replace an existing steel seawall with a steel seawall including rock rip rap below the ordinary high water mark along the shoreline to Union Lake. This request includes to remove structures, add lawn space and the installation of native landscape treatments within the environmental features setback. Applicant: Advanced Lakefront Services on Behalf of Mark Anderson CASE # #PWT25-2733 KIZY Location: 2870 Middlebelt, Sidwell #18-12-252-010 Request: A use permit request to construct portions of new home, patio installation, grading activities, retaining wall installation and installation of native landscape treatments within and contiguous to the environmental features setback to wetland.
