NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWT25-2738 West Bloomfield Lake Aeration Location: Sidwell #18-21-430-015 Request: A use permit request to remove and reinstall a new aeration/oxygenation system including natural bacteria and enzymes installations within West Bloomfield Lake and temporary disturbance within the environmental features setback. Applicant: Dave Shackleton on Behalf of Sally Wenczel CASE # #PWT25-2744 Cass Lake Woods Improvement Association Location: Sidwell #18-09-226-110 Request: A use permit request to dredge lake sediments within a canal connection to Cass Lake. Applicant: Cass Lake Woods Improvement Association CASE # #PWT25-2721 Drotleff Location: Sidwell #18-07-276-004 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to remove vegetation and a boat ramp installation within the environmental features setback to a canal of Green Lake. This request includes the installation of a brick paver walkway and native landscape treatments within the environmental features setback and 100-year floodplain to Green Lake.
