NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Bloomfield Township Environmental Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following applications: CASE # #PWT25-2737 Rosemeyer Location: 1627 Oldtown; Sidwell #18-03-104-028 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to install structures within canal/lagoon to Cass Lake permanently. Applicant: Michael Rosemeyer on Behalf of Britni Rosemeyer CASE # #PWT25-2735 Hakim Location: 4523 Rolling Ridge; Sidwell #18-14-452-003 Request: An after-the-fact use permit request to install and remove structures and fill material from within platted floodplain and the environmental features setback to Bloomfield Lake and wetland, to fill and remove fill within wetland, the environmental features setback and platted floodplain including restoration consisting of native landscape treatments.
