ELECTION NOTICE PUBLIC LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST To the Qualified Electors of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Accuracy Test will be taken by the City of Rochester Hills for the May 5, 2026 Special Election. The test will be conducted on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at the Rochester Hills City Clerk's Office, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate the computer programs used to record and count the votes cast in Rochester Hills at the May 5, 2026 Special Election meet the requirements of law. The last day to obtain absentee ballots by mail for the May 5, 2026 Special Election is Friday, May 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The Clerk's Office will be open on Saturday, April 25 th and Sunday, April 26 th , 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; as well as Saturday, May 2 nd and Sunday, May 3 rd , 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for qualified electors wishing to obtain an absentee ballot.
