VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DEMOLITION PERMIT FRANKLIN VILLAGE HALL 32325 FRANKLIN ROAD FRANKLIN, MICHIGAN 48025 June 8, 2026, 6:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given Applicant: Den-Man Contractors, Inc. 14700 Barber Ave Warren, MI 48088 To be demolished: 26075 Woodlore Rd The above applicant has fulfilled the requirements as described in the Franklin Village ordinances being section 1460.02 for the application to demolish the residential structure at the above location. With this report, it will be forwarded to the Historic District Commission for their determination as specified in section 1460.05 and 1460.07 as to whether the structure is in a proposed historic district. This was on the agenda for the Historic District Commission meeting to be held on May 6, 2026. The Historic District Commission had determined there was no historical significance in the current structure, as well as determined that structure did not stand within a designated historic district. In recognition of the satisfactory completion of these requirements, Village Council will consider the granting of a demolition permit at the regular Council Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6 PM at Village Offices, 32325 Franklin Rd, Franklin MI, 48025.
