ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF RICHMOND, MICHIGAN COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT CONTRACT 2025-R-1 Proposals will be received by the City of Richmond, Michigan until 10:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 for the Community Center Roof Replacement project. The work consists of roof improvements to the approximately 3,200 sft Community Center. It is recommended that bidders inspect the roof prior to submitting a proposal. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Plans and specifications may be obtained through the MITN Purchasing Group at www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/city-of-richmond. All addendums will be posted on the BidNet website. Any information not obtained from the BidNet website should not be relied upon. All bidders must be a Plan Holder of record. Sealed bids marked “COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT” may be submitted in hard copy to the office of the City Clerk, 36725 Division Road, P.O. Box 457, Richmond, Michigan 48062, or electronically to richmonddpw@comcast.net with the subject line “COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT” prior to the scheduled bid opening stated in this advertisement. Bids must be submitted on the forms included with the bidding documents. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any and all irregularities in Proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of thirty (30) days.
