City of Trenton NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Trenton will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 25, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at Trenton City Hall located at 2800 Third St. Trenton, MI for the following Case SP2025-03. Proposed development at 4407 Fort St, will remove the existing gas station; car wash and construct a Sheetz convenience store with a drive-thru restaurant and fueling canopy over 10 fueling dispensers. Should you wish to be heard, you or your representative must be present at the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted to the Commissions Clerk, in writing, on or before the date of the public hearing, addressed to the Trenton Planning Commission.
